James Lesko, P.E.


James is the owner and general manager of AgH2O Holdings, LLC and an accomplished engineer with a record of success and more than 25 years of experience. He provides valuable insight into the elements that drive successful project management, having completed numerous public and private projects ranging in scope from $10K to $100M.

James began his career with the Port Authority of NY & NJ and was directly responsible for field supervision, financial reporting, contract negotiation, management, and closeout for some of the most recognized landmarks and building sites in the NY-Metro. He contributed to projects on the George Washington Bridge, the Holland Tunnel, Newark-Liberty International Airport, and the World Trade Center’s 1993 reconstruction.

For the next 12 years, James honed his project management experience on a variety of civil engineering projects throughout the NY/NJ area including the John F. Kennedy International Airport, Queens NY’s 39th Street Bridge, construction of Coney Island’s $41M Water Pollution Control Plant and the $29M foundation rehabilitation of the Bayonne Bridge in Bayonne, NJ.

In 2005, James moved with his family to Texas where he founded AgH2O Holdings, LLC. His experience spans contract management and administration, engineering, field inspection, budget reporting, subcontractor scheduling and negotiation, and materials procurement in the civil, military and private sectors. James also expanded his services to include a full line of landscape and nursery supplies, providing clients with the region’s best native products.

James holds both an MS and BS in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Delaware and Texas.
